The Consumer Price Index (CPI-W) rose from 208.77 in 2009 to 214.12 in 2010. This resulted in an increase of 2.56% which falls below the 3.75% as outlined in the 2008 Collective Bargaining Agreement. Therefore there will not be a Cost of Living Adjustment to the wage increase for 2010. All bargained for members will receive the contractual wage increase of 3.75%. This increase will be effective August 1, 2010 and will be reflected in paychecks dated August 12, 2010. When we receive the new wage tables from the Company we will distribute them throughout the membership.
