Reimbursement programs to help with work/life needs.
New England Work & Family is here to help our members meet the daily demands of work and home life. We offer a variety of reimbursement programs including:
- Dependent Care: Up to $20 per day reimbursement. Income limit raised to $200,000.
- Health and Wellness: Up to $300 reimbursement. Applications are due June 30 for Jan - June 2022 time period.
- Pendant (medical alert device): Up to $40 per month reimbursement.
- Summer Camp: Up to $500 reimbursement.
- After School Activities: Up to $100 reimbursement per school year, per child.
- Elder Care Services: Up to $100 reimbursement per quarter.

New England Work & Family
New England Work & Family is a joint committee comprised of union and company representatives and supported by funds obtained through contract negotiations with each Collective Bargaining Agreement. The NEW&F Program is open to all IBEW members and all management in New England.
